Classic vending Solutions provides a free of charge service and equipment.
If required, all contracts are reviewed in a one by one basis.
All of our machines at installation are Brand New or in Mint condition to ensure functionality and dependability.
Once we have the OK to proceed, it usually takes 14 days to have all equipment setup and ready to install.
If you happen to have a current provider, It is nice to give them at least 2 weeks notice for them to have their equipment out.
Once we agreed on the installation date it takes about 2 hours per machine to have it installed and ready to sell.
Of course you can, we will stock the machines with the products you and your employees want, just let us know and we will make it happen..
Once notified, we will reimburse your employee in our next visit the product He or She did not receive.

Once we are notified of a problem, we usually respond asap and in most cases the problem is solved within 24 hrs.
